about noorbox productions
noorbox productions was formed in 2006. It was formed by a small team of Muslims from the United Kingdom with an aim to increase awareness and understanding of Islam through knowledge. noorbox aimed to do this by creating good quality, professionally produced, Islamic Audio Books for the English speaking world.
Born out of frustration at the lack of quality Holy Qur'an audio products, the team set about to produce a selected chapters set: off the success of that project, the complete reading.
Due to the importance of the Holy Qur'an, great care has been taken in selecting an interpretation that was understandable and most importantly approved. Under guidance of local scholars, our team completed the recording in 2007, and published the English only version onto audible.co.uk.
With the Arabic & English version in production (Est. release 2009) noorbox aims to augment our collection with more renowned Islamic books.
noorbox productions is a not-for-profit, volunteer run company with all profits reinvested into new productions.
